Our design team developed a comprehensive landscape design to include a pool with fountains, an outdoor kitchen, patio terraces, walkways, a driveway, retaining walls, drainage, lush plantings, and turf. The front walkway leads visitors to the main entrance of the home. The driveway was developed to look like a gravel driveway but was bonded together with Gravel Loc for a solid surface to play basketball. Belgium block outlines the perimeter while a constructed stone retaining wall holds grade above the driveway. To the side of the garage is a grilling area. The pool is located off the porch at the back of the home, complete with a pool deck of random rectangular flagstone set on a concrete base. The raised bond beam wall provides the structure necessary to install five spillways that can be viewed from all windows at the back of the house. Steps of flagstone with stone risers lead down from the pool deck to the left side of the home. A segmental block retaining wall was constructed on this side to retain the pool and pool deck. All drainage was piped underground to deter runoff. The lushly planted garden is filled with multitudes of colors, textures, screenings, and perennials to create beauty in this garden during all four seasons.
